Step 1 – Download Remote Support Application Software

Please note, when installing this program you may receive alerts from your anti-virus program. These alerts can be safely ignored to install our software.

Step 2 – Book an Appointment

To book an appointment, select a date and time and press ‘continue.’ Next you will be prompted to enter your contact information. Please enter the telephone number our technical support analyst will call to contact you at the time of the appointment. Once the appointment has been set, you will receive an email confirmation.

Step 3 – Proceed to Checkout
